Board of Directors Meeting
February 12, 2008
Minutes
1. A quorum was established:In Attendance: Mr. John Staszel, President
2. The meeting was called to order at 7:03 p.m. by Mr. Stender.
Ms. Patti Ferris, Vice President
Mr. Ed Graziani, Director
Mr. Doug Stender represented Sentry Management
3. Proof of Notice was given.
4. Reading and Adoption of Minutes:
Mr. Staszel motioned to adopt the minutes of December 11, 2007 as submitted. Mr. Graziani seconded and the motion passed unanimously.
5. ARB Applications:
A. 11037 Versailles Blvd (Moore) - Mr. Staszel motioned to approve the after-the-fact installation of the deck and spa. Mr. Graziani seconded and the motion passed unanimously.
6. Financial Review: The Financial Review was presented by Mr. Stender.
B. 10530 Versailles Blvd (Campbell) - Mr. Graziani motioned to approve replacement of the front door and repainting the exterior. Ms. Ferris seconded and the motion passed unanimously.
7. Managers Report:
A. Ms. Ferris motioned to refer the owners of 11011 Versailles Blvd to the Association attorney for failure to repair/replace the damaged sod in their yard. Mr. Staszel seconded and the motion passed unanimously.
8. Old Business: None.
B. Management was directed to send a response to the owners at 11539 Nice Court directing them to either remove the boat from the property or to park the boat and trailer in the garage or to the rear or side of the house as per community documents.
9. New Business:
A. Cleanup of Bronson Road Pond: In a letter dated January 24,2008 St. Johns River Water Management District stated that an Environmental Resource Permit is not required prior to removing debris and other matter from the bottom of the storm water retention pond. Ms. Ferris motioned to proceed with the project and to determine if a Lake County Permit is required. Ms. Staszel seconded and the motion passed unanimously. Management was directed to contact Lake County authorities.
10. The Board established the next meeting will be held on Tuesday, March 11, 2008 at Sentry Management, 1645 E Hwy 50, Suite 201, Clermont, FL 34711.
B. Management was directed to issue a violation notice to the owners at 10543 Versailles Blvd for removing trees from their property without ARB approval.
11. There being no further business to come before this Board a motion to adjourn was offered by Mr. Staszel and seconded by Ms. Ferris and the meeting was adjourned at 7:38 p.m.
