Board of Directors Meeting
March 27, 2008
Minutes

1. A quorum was established:

In Attendance: Mr. John Staszel, President

Ms. Patti Ferris, Vice President
Mr. Ed Graziani, Director

2. The meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Mr. Staszel.

3. Proof of Notice was given.

4. ARB Applications:

A. 10922 Versailles Blvd (Staszel) - Ms. Ferris motioned to approve the repainting of the house as submitted. Mr. Graziani seconded and the motion passed unanimously.

B. 10501 Versailles Blvd (DiCicco) - Ms. Ferris motioned to approve fencing of backyard so long as fence does not extend beyond the side of the home because home is on a comer lot (approval is of backup plan attached to application). Mr. Graziani seconded and the motion passed unanimously.

C. 11101 Versailles Blvd (Swidler) - Mr. Staszel motioned to approve the after-the-fact request to add an aluminum roof and screen enclosure to 2nd floor on rear of home. Mr. Graziani seconded and the motion passed unanimous.

5. There being no further business to come before this Board a motion to adjourn was offered by Mr. Staszel and seconded by Mr. Graziani and the meeting was adjourned at 7:55 p.m.
