Board of Directors Meeting
December 8, 2009
Minutes
1. The meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Mr. Stender.
2. A quorum was established:In Attendance: Mr. John Staszel, President
3. Proof of Notice was given.
Mr. Dick Fellows, Secretary
Ms. Lori Mattozzi, Treasurer
Mr. Bob Stone, Director
Mr. Doug Stender represented Sentry Management
4. Adoption of Minutes:
Mr. Staszel motioned to adopt the minutes of November 9 2009 as submitted. Mr. Fellows seconded and the motion passed unanimously.
5. Review ARB Applications: None Submitted
6. Financial Review: The Financial Report was presented by Mr. Stender.
7. Manager's Report: The Manager's Report was presented by Mr. Stender.
8. Old Business: None.
9. New Business:
A. Reconvening of the November 9, 2009 Annual Members Meeting:
10. The Board established that there will be a reconvening of the November 9, 2009 Annual Member's Meeting at 7:00pm on Tuesday, January 5, 2010 to be followed by a Board of Directors meeting and that both will be held at Sentry Management, 1645 E Hwy 50, Suite 201, Clermont, FL 34711.
Management recommended that the meeting be reconvened on January 5, 2010 rather than the second Tuesday of January. Should the necessary votes not be obtained at the January 5th meeting the Board will then have sufficient time to meet notification requirements and reconvene again in February before the proxies expire. Management will initiate the notification to the members. No motions made or directives issued.
B. Fence Repair:
Ms. Mattozzi noted that the fence behind the mail boxes at Tract "D" was in neen of repair. The fence is the property of a neighboring community - Lake Crescent Hills. Management will contact the Board of Directors of that community and request the fence to be repaired.
11. There being no further business to come before this Board a motion to adjourn was offered by Mr. Fellows and seconded by Mr. Staszel and the meeting was adjourned at 7:50 p.m.
